Karla at CPAP.com is incredibly helpful. I have a ResMed AirMini and a regular ResMed machine. However, ResMed does not make my N30 mask for the AirMini. I was given fantastic information on how to use my regular machine for travel without the humidifier using a side cover. I never knew of this option. Wonderful service.

Was helpful, humorous and finally solved my problem, namely how to get an adapter to let me keep using my expensive backup battery connecting to my supposedly improved expensive CPAP machine without having to buy a whole new battery kit. It wasn't simple, since the battery is 6 years old made before this new machine. She kept at and we finally worked out the solution which required buying a slightly expensive adapter but a lot less than a new battery. Thanks for the personal service!

CPAP.com is awesome. I wish I would have started my DME order with them. The prices are affordable for those of us who have to pay huge deductibles before insurance chips in... I was literally gouged by Fairview Edina Southdale. Called late in the evening and spoke with "Heath". The service I received with EXCELLENT. I was telling a housemate that of all the companies that I deal with on the phone (and there are many), dealing with CPAP.COM is always a pleasure. These folks know their stuff, they don't put you on hold to ask someone else what the answer to you question is. I've yet to have ever ordered some and it not be in stock. This company sends email and postal mail ads with one price but then when you try to buy the same day, the price jumps because "we only had a few at that price" or some other reason. I wrote that this bait and switch has happened twice to me. The company responded and made good on the sale price, so I'm changing my review here. If you call and are turned away by the service desk, ask for a supervisor.
