LaToya P. From CPAP.com was super helpful in identifying what I needed to replace some broken mask parts (I had broken them while cleaning them. She was also extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. She offered to merge my accounts (as I had 2 under different emails) and faxed a prescription form to my doctor to make it easier for me to get what I needed. As I am a technical support director, I feel I can recognize good service when I see it. This was great customer service. Andrew

Learned about this company today. I was so fortunate to have Karla M help me. Honestly, Karla did a spectacular job in not only helping me but was very patient and went belond the call of duty explaining all of my options to even include many things I was not aware of. Heath was very helpful getting my order set up and answering my questions. I don't know what I don't know, Heath gave me some additional information about the machine I was looking at purchasing. Heath also helped out with modifications to my order that I forgot to add on when I was placing my order.

I was not sure which hose to order for my cpap machine and Dasha S. Was very patient and gave me so much information. She was wonderful! She answered all of my questions and stayed on the phone with me for a long time. The heated hose for my cpap machine arrived today and I am looking forward to using my machine again tonight.

Dasha S delivered one of the best customer service I've received to date. She listened. She smiled. She laughed. And she took her time to help me trouble shoot my issue. This is my first experience with CPAP.com. My heated humidifier on my CPAP machine has not been heating lately, so I came to CPAP.com to see what a new unit might cost, etc. Then the CHAT HELP screen popped up, so I decided to give it a try. While we didn't solve my problem, Zachary Hodge went way over and above trying to help me figure out what the problem was... we spent over an hour troubleshooting different ideas. Zachary was patient and resourceful, trying different ways to diagnose my machine's problem. I could not have asked for better customer service... even though I've never been an actual customer. You can bet this company will get my business in the future based on this experience. Thanks again, Zachary!

When I called customer service answered I was ready to walk away with just a refund, but when your agent "Health" answered, he was able to LISTEN to my issue, and was able to quickly recommend a working solution. I felt very satisfied and will definitely do business with CPAP.com again.
