Ordered a cpap machine and mask, selected the international 3-10 business days shipping option. When I followed up via email, was told by to expect shipping to be anywhere from 6-20 days! It is now past 10 business days and nothing has arrived. Very disappointing!

I was leery about going online and purchasing from a company I did not know about. I checked them out with BBB. Dasha was very helpful. She was knowledgeable about sanitizers. She understood the issues I had with my Cpap. She helped me order. I received my lumin within 2 days! I was very surprised. She was a very pleasant young lady to talk with on the telephone. One thing is on backorder but I am confident it will come later.

I worked with Latoya today on adjusting my ResMed air mini. I have used the AirMini several times and am very happy to have it even if I am only traveling away from the house for one night. My issue was the AirMini and my regular CPAP machine were not on the same settings, so when I went away from my regular unit it took me a long time to fall asleep because the ramp up pressure was different.
Latoya P walked me through going back and getting to the Clinical Menu on my AirMini app after several failed attempts of my own to navigate. She was kind, patient and made me feel good about my lack of knowledge while patiently walking me through the steps several times.
I hope when you call you get Latoya P or someone just like her, this is what customer services is SUPPOSED to be like!

I'm a new customer to CPAP.com and have been totally impressed with all aspects of your company! I live-chatted today with La Toya P who was terrific, then gathered some information and placed an order on the phone with Agnes L. I could not be happier with the help both gave me. They were pleasant, very knowledgeable and helpful. Agnes walked me through retrieving settings from my old machine so the new one can be set up as I like. Both people were perfect.

I called and spoke with Anita about replacement gaskets for my new full face mask. She was extremely knowledgeable on the products and promptly answered all my questions. She asked how my new mask was working out and I said that I was still making adjustments to correct for whistling. She asked if my cpap had been changed from nasal mask to full mask. I said no, to which she promptly walked me through re-programing my cpap to the correct setting. Who knew the cpap had settings for the specific mask? I was extremely impressed with Anita's knowledge, helpful professional attitude and foresight to inquire about my cpap.
