I ordered a full CPAP setup from CPAP.com on Monday and expected to receive it on Friday. Instead it arrived 3days early on Tuesday. I had high hopes for the mask but it was terrible. I reached out to customer service through the online chat and reached LaToya P. She was very friendly & professional. There was zero issue getting a store credit for the mask I had purchased (with the exchange insurance included for free). She did it right while we were chatting. No fuss no muss. CPAP.com continues to be my preferred DME and LaToya is a perfect example of the reason.
I was just helped by customer service rep Latoya P. She was awesome. I was having trouble with a mask. She explained and walked me through everything, very patiently and thoroughly. She gave me a full refund, helped me choose a new mask, and ordered it for me using the credit I just received. All very fast and easy. Very impressed with her and CPAP. I am a lifetime customer for sure!

Its been a nightmare doing business with two competitors. One phone call to cpap.com and Dasha S. Quickly took my order and answered all my questions. We live in a very rural setting and wi fi and mail service are spotty. Cpap.com offered alternative delivery to meet my needs.

Unfortunately I had to make two calls to CPAP.com. The best thing about the two calls was the very professional and courteous service provided by Heath on the first call and Anita on the second call. I still don't have a CPAP. I would suggest some FAQs for using FSA cards.

Dasha was very helpful and understood exactly what I needed. She is great! I have had a very good experience with cpap.com. They pushed my doctor to get the prescription, which isn't easy. My sleep apnea doctor isn't known for prompt responses, but cpap.com persisted and got it quickly. Dasha helped me get the payment squared away and got the item shipped quickly.

This is my first order with cpap.com but it definitely won't be the last. Their prices are much lower than other sites. I ordered a new cpap machine and didn't have a copy of my prescription to send them. They requested one from my doctor's office and they didn't respond. Dasha spoke with my doctor's office directly and in a very short while had a copy of my prescription and processed my order. Thank you very much!

I found out things about my CPAP machine that I would have never known if it had not been for Heath. I learned there was a way to print out a report for my sleep doctor which I never knew before. He walked me through how to do it, told me about different products that I might want, the prices, alternatives, and was just a really great customer service rep. Great experience!
