Beware this site cpap.com will not sell a cpap mask without a copy of your prescription. I understand if it were a machine, but routine supplies is not being reasonable. If that is the policy then do not allow an order to be placed until you have submitted your prescription.

I have never been let down by CPAP! In every need CPAP staff have rescued me. Now, it's Korinne K. Who came to the rescue! For years now, I have dealt with CPAP with excellent experience. I have always gotten the correct suggestions from them, and have also received discounts that is offered, which most of the time is unknown to me. In any emergency, CPAP has the correct part even if I found something similar online. Their parts are genuine and long lasting. Today, I want to give a big shout out to Korinne for making my day. I have ordered from CPAP.com twice now, both orders were for CPAP batteries. Both orders arrived quickly, with the second one placed while living in Alaska. I had to place the second order because my previous batteries quit working after two years; nothing that CPAP.com could have assisted with. I recently had issues with my second order (placed in October 2022).
I sent an email to the company on March 31,2023, to inquire about the warranty on the batteries. I received a response from Brandy on April 3,2023, informing me that the batteries had a 1-year warranty and to contact them to discuss a potential return. I ended up speaking with Brandy on the phone, explained to her what was going on with the battery, and she quickly issued me an RMA to send the battery back. She explained that I would be responsible to cover the cost of shipping it back to them, the process with the manufacturer to verify my issue and repair/replace the battery could take 4-6 weeks, and they would let me know when to expect the repaired/replaced battery back. She was very professional, polite, and straightforward.
I would recommend CPAP.com to anyone looking for CPAP supplies/accessories. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. All email and phone communications with the company has been excellent and their customer support is superb! I will happily continue to shop for my CPAP needs at CPAP.com. I ordered a new CPAP machine with a new prescription and could not get the two page PDF prescription document to upload at checkout. I called their help line and was quickly talking to very helpful reprehensive. She help me figure out that my scanned PDF files were to high of resolution (too large) for their system to handle. She worked with me to use my smart phone to take pictures and e-mail them instead. It work great! This was important to me to get my CPAP machine before I had to leave town in a couple days

I have been a cpap user for many years, and needed some new equipment. My machine was old and noisy. I called Cpap.com today to see what I could do about getting some replacement parts. I signed up for a recurring order. First order went to an address I had removed from my account a year prior. I had to chase it down from my old home. Customer service said they couldn't fix the address so canceled the subscription and created a new one. Next time I got two orders. One at my old address and one at my new one. Refused to pay for the one nor make the effort to pick it up. Told them to cancel my subscription entirely. Just got charged and received another order. They refused to refund me so I canceled my subscription, removed all credit card information and plan on canceling my account entirely. They were once an easy affordable provider. Now they are either incompetent or unethical. Do NOT go to them!

Thanks to Claudine my order and my prescription were verified and I could quit holding my breath... I sent my prescription the day after I placed my order and then went on "live chat" to make sure they were together. (I'm desperate to get my machine for an unplanned trip next week.) Within minutes she let me know my order and script were together and ready to ship. I don't know how she got that info so quickly, but I really appreciated Claudine's help. Mary B was beyond helpful today. With the recall of the magnetic straps for my Amara View Mask, it was near impossible for me to find the strap for the mask--and I had three new masks and strap because the one I had was now stretched so much I could have pulled it on like a tshirt.
