I contacted CPAP.com on December 22nd to purchase a CPAP device after mine malfunctioned. I Spoke with Mary B. Initially, and Eric on a follow-up call about a half hour later. First, it would not be an overstatement to say that both of these representatives were consummately professional.
Mary B. Provided key and timely information necessary for me to arrive at the best choice of a device. She reviewed all of my account profile information and made necessary updates and corrections, then guided me to the right sources for additional information. I asked far too many questions, but Mary B. Carefully, kindly, and patiently screened each one and treated me with dignity.
My follow-up call to Eric was shorter but critical, and equally, as helpful as he offered to personally shepherd my order to the fulfillment department and confirm a timely shipment, and provide me with all the necessary details.
CPAP.com management should recognize both Mary and Eric for their excellence. Treasure and keep both Mary and Eric through any potentially difficult economic downturn, would be my recommendation.

I have used CPAP.com exclusively for my supplies for almost 20 years. Recently, I had some issues with a web order. When I called it turned out that there was a slight legibility issue with my prescription (go figure, right?). Fortunately Mary B. Was on the line and she got me sorted and my stuff shipped out tout de suite. This had become particularly time sensitive as my primary machine had taken a dive at 2300 the previous night. CPAP.com has always provided exemplary customer service and good prices. There may be other places that do this kind of thing, but I have never had a reason to search for them.

I was just diagnosed with OSA. Found cpap.com and they have been great, got me a machine quickly and when the original mask I ordered wasnt comfortable and didnt fit right they were quick to help me return that one and get a new mask sent to me.
