I am new to purchasing CPAP machine, and I was able to chat with Daryl, he answered all my questions, was efficient and friendly. I wasn't sure if I'd get to talk to real person on those chat things on the website, but I think it was an actual person! His replies were very quick, and he gave me all the information I needed. Who understands the meaning of the words, "Customer Service". Brandy T. Was helpful, courteous, patient, kind and a delight to work with. Agnes with CPAP.com assisted me today; they were prompt and extremely helpful!

I have a subscription through CPAP.com for reoccurring auto shipments of my cpap supplies. However, I need a replacement part sooner than expected, so waiting for the arrival of my next scheduled shipment isn't an option.

I logged into my CPAP.com account and requested help via their online chat support. I was quickly connected to Agnes, who provided friendly, knowledgeable customer service. They verified my identity, reviewed my account, and processed my next, upcoming order right away, so that I would receive my replacement part asap.

While reviewing my account they found, and brought to my attention, that I actually had two reoccurring subscriptions set up for the same items. After confirming that my early shipment request was processed, they removed the erroneous duplicate subscription from my account.

Thank you for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer care, Agnes! Much appreciated!

So easy to work with!

I've been ordering from CPAP.com since 2014, when my original DME provider was no longer available. Every other DME has been really difficult to deal with for one reason or another, so finding CPAP.com was wonderful. Calling or chatting with them (this last time I chatted with Daryl, who was great!) is easy and quick, no hoops to jump through, and your prescription and orders are saved to your account so you can easily see what you've purchased before. Now there are two more family members who use CPAPs, and we're setting up accounts for each of them at CPAP.com. They are the best!

I highly recommend CPAP.com when ordering a CPAP machine and CPAP machine supplies. CPAP.com's chat agent was very informative, friendly, and answered all of my questions on the spot. She also offered suggestions that were beneficial in my supply selections. The sales representative was also friendly, answered all of my questions and assisted me in contacting my pulmonologist in obtaining the prescription needed to purchase a CPAP machine. It was a very pleasant experience.
