I have had 8 machines and gear of various manufacturers over the last 20 years. I have used CPAP.com for more than a decade and other online CPAP providers in the US and Canada as well as Box and Mortar technicians over the years. I like CPAP.com- efficient, fast, good products and excellent pricing. I bought an Airsense 11 In March and am now trying to help my son select the best choice for himself for his first machine. Over the last 10 days I have two Chat sessions with two different technicians working through various options. I want my son's gear to be right and to work right for him, I want the therapy to work and that he will stick with it. Today, I chatted with Daryl. He was quick to respond, his answers were thorough. He could answer well, everything I asked about and he made useful suggestions. My experience on multiple purchases has been nothing but exemplary. CPAP.com have got it figured out. They do a great job. We'll be placing the first order for our next generation later today. We're another happy customer.

Today I have the pleasure of celebrating another outstanding helper, Charlsie W. As usual, she started by listening (I usually have a story that takes perhaps five minutes to share). As usual, she listened well. Then she started in. It was fairly fast paced, but slow enough that this old guy could follow her easily. Her speaking was super clear, and loud enough but not too loud. The pace was energizing, wonderful.
I'm having months of trouble adapting to CPAP therapy and have talked with lots of the CPAP.com staff. But Charlsie's angle was new, fresh, intellectually exciting, different enough to engender more hope. After a fairly long conversation, the most touching part was her expressed willingness to stay with me on line while I tried out the idea on my mask, headgear, and chin strap. I didn't have the heart to take her time from other clients whose need was greater. But her offer manifests a high level of the love of service--an essential quality for a civilization in this country and this world for turning decline into a spiritual renaissance.
As a person newly diagnosed with sleep apnea, I have found this helpful, and I asked my doctor to order my CPAP machine here. I went to the chat on this website to check on the status of the order.
