I'm new to ordering my CPAP Supplies online and dealing with the complete lack of support from the medical industry as a whole who simply shoves a machine at you and send you on your way. I need to purchase an APAP as my health insurance are backlogged for more than a year with the worldwide shortage of machines. However CPAP.com has them in stock which is a miracle as I have severe OSA. I had a whole lot of questions that I needed answered and chatted with AGNES on the chat option on CPAP.com She provided excellent customer service. She was quick, informative and very efficient.
