Called customer service with a couple of questions regarding the product and they were very helpful. I ordered 2nd day but it took 3-1/2 days to be delivered, although it was over the weekend. The "Heated Cat House" is as advertised and easy to set up. I have taken the front flap off and left some food inside but my cat doesn't seem to want to go into it. I hope that if he is left outside overnight or on a very cold day, he will figure it out. We used to have a small shallow box open on the top with a towel in it and he would occasionally lay inside that. He loves to be out all day but we bring him inside in the evening or keep him inside if it's really cold. Maybe he just needs to get cold enough to use it...I hope so.
Easy site to use so far so good. There was a mix up with the order, cc company flagged the purchase, once I resolved that can called them, it shipped the same day.
Very easy to install and set up. Does a great job of regulating the desired heat for my kennel. I would recommend this item for everyone that has a non heated kennel area. Great performance!

Your website gave me the specific information I needed for glove construction, battery duration and measuring. Unfortunately, even though I measured my hand just as your website instructed, the gloves were far too big. The ladies large fits my husband's hands and he thinks he will keep them. I had to buy another brand of heated gloves at a ski shop in Mammoth Lakes, CA, where I intended to wear the gloves I bought from Cozy Winters.
