Because of my unique situation, my order was flagged as fraudulent and it took almost two weeks for the details to be sorted out and finally arrive. It was quite a headache. Denise was my customer service representative. When we finally connected on the phone she was able to clear things up, but there was a week or so when nothing was being done because she said that the order would ship and NOTHING SHIPPED. During this week, she also didn't tell me that there was still a problem. I have not used my product yet, so I cannot speak to it's usefulness or non-usefulness, but they have a very strict policy about investigating fraud.
Awaiting delivery or might rate 5 stars... sort of forgot that it was ordered to fill over New Years holiday period so...
Tracking info was lost somewhere. Took several days just to find out it was on the way.
I was so thrilled with so seat covers and the price was so affordable.

Only place I could this brush.These snow brum do not exist in stores. Close but not like the job this snow brum dones for snow country. Love love the ease of use. Extended handle saves you from walking around your entire vehicle. Many thanks.

I was ok with the price, as I know how these things run and the shopping experience and shipping was fine. The gloves work well, but I do have a problem with the fit. Maybe I'm different, but I don't know anyone whose thumb is almost as long as their fingers!
