I ordered a pair of heated gloves and using the size chart on your website I needed size large according to my hand measurements but they fit really snug and the big battery right over the wrist limits movement somewhat but my biggest complaint is that they are really hard to get back off...I guess they are sized small so an extra large size is what I should have ordered VS using the chart.
The positive is that they look to be really well made and they certainly kept my hands warm for hours using the snowblower when the wind chill was in the single digits.

So far so good. Price not that great, will have to see how the quality is.
Gloves received promptly. Recharging process is slow, and as standalone gloves they are not all that warm. After charging overnight and 5 minute pre warm cycle they did a decent job under main gloves.
Five minutes after placing my skis on the rack, they fell to the floor. I had to devise a system to hold them in the racks using bungie cords. If your skis are rockered, slope up at the ends, you may have problems.
