I have been trying to call the 800- number with questions before charging the battery and using the product. I have not used the gloves yet because I don't want to do any damage to the battery/charger. My questions are: How much longer after the battery is charged, can the charger be connected to the battery. For example, if it takes four hours to charge and you leave the charger connected overnight, a few hours beyond when it's charged, will it damage the battery?
Also does the battery always have to be at 25%, even in summer months when not in use?
Everything looks good, have not yet used my purchase in the snow or ice.

Very satisfied
I have been using battery operated glove liners for skiing for around 5 years. They worked very well although the battery life would not last more than 1 to 2 years -- we ski 60 to 80 times a year. I thought it appropriate to have a back up incase something happens to the liners. I got battery heated gloves. They seem to work well -- had them about 3 weeks -- but am not sure they are as warm as the liners. The quality of the glove is very good. Cozy Winters service was good and delivery was made quicker than their literature indicated.
This was my first order from cozywinters. Fast shipping, great selection of products. Will probably order again.
Women I spoke to on phone for clarification tried hard but did not have items in front of her to compare. Talbots, for example, does have items available for receptionist to describe differences in more detail than online description. I suggest you consider doing same.
Ordering was easy, shipping came very quickly (much faster than the website said it would take) and I think we got one more hook than advertised, so that was a great surprise too!

Inferior product
I lost a battery pack for my heated ski boots a couple years ago and was (finally) looking for a replacement. I found it at Cozy Winters and it works great! After a cold day on the slopes, I realized I should replace the other one too.
