So far so good. Late delivery. No shipping or tracking info until I asked for it?

I had bought the old hound heater many years ago and ended up talking a few times with the owner, Mike. He was always very pleasant and very helpful. Once again, I had questions about the new Hound Heater Deluxe that I bought and I was answered very quickly. This is a great company that clearly takes pride in providing customers with the best buying experience possible.

The package came early. But it doesn't do what it promised... It's warm and all but it fogs up my glasses so I hardly wear the full mask because I can't see once I start breathing

Cozy Winters had exactly what I was looking for. I felt the price was fair. I give the heated cat bed a five star rating.

I purchased 2 pairs of volt heated slippers and extra batteries for $300. One pair would not warm up. They would not work with me.

I think the price of the Power Grip ski holders is a bit high but they do work the best of anything I have looked at. The website is an excellent one.

Cozy Winters was very helpful until it came to crediting my credit card for a return. They take up to thirty days while interest is piling up. Not a very satisfactory policy.
