Customer service was very helpful in making a decision on which gloves to purchase. However when the gloves were received they were a disappointment and were returned.

I was told via email that I would be notified when the product was beginning it's travels with a tracking number, but never did. So for a few days I thought that I was being ripped off. But it arrived.
Purchased warmgear mittens for wife 2 yrs ago. Had trouble with one glove not staying on. Sent back and told there was nothing wrong with it; it still does not work. But she really needs heated mittens so I will try one last time. (they were model BX-906W) Not happy but what can I do as we love to ski a lot!
