The products were appropriate from a store named Cozy Winters. My cats love the heated window seat, may have to buy another if they don't stop sparring for it. And the bicycling Bar Mitts allow me to ride in cold weather without wearing heavy mittens.

Straight forward installation

Although the product is good, they double shipped my order and I returned the second heater and they gave me the infamous 'Gift Certificate'.
The warning is this 'Gift Certificate' must be used with in 12 months, my ignorance cost me $105 as I went to use it two years later.
I personally have a retail store and honor ALL gift certificates in the name of customer service an I am successful because there are not strings attached on my returns.
That said CozyWinters kept my $105 and it is a lesson learned to read the fine print when and IF you can get something returned to this company, heaven forbid.
