I contacted CozyWinters because of a minor issue with an item I ordered. They were great in that they shipped a new item to me right away! Great customer service! Thank you!
Very easy and no hitches came fast and on time shipping
Instructions were incorrect saying that each sock MUST paired individually.
Received an email saying CW rep would call -- instead of a call I received a email link to instructions that never addressed the original instruction error.
Called mfg several times unable to get through. Contacted their accounting department who connected me with a knowledgeable person who solved the problem in less than two minutes -- said they were aware of the erroneous instructions enclosed with product.
Efficient online shopping. The size chart is a bit off I think.
The freight was almost as much as the product $40. On top of that I paid $70 for duty and customs. Extremely upset with this order, almost paid more in freight and duty than the value of the product.
