I had minor difficulty finding the battery I needed, once I did the rest was easy
My experience was awesome. I accidentally ordered a duplicate of the same jacket. Called and Customer service rep helped me sort out the problem in an instant. Money returned in my account within a day.

Quick shipping, actually received it before their estimated arrival date. It was a gift, so I haven't heard from the recipient yet!

I ordered my item on the phone through a customer rep on 12/16 and she was very nice and efficient.As it was close to Christmas I paid $22 for 2 day shipping on a $108 product to insure it arrived before Christmas.I was told I would receive an email confirmation when it was shipped.When I didn't received any notice for 3 days I called again and they didn't know what the status was and said they would call back in 10-15 minutes. I called again an hour later and they had located it at a shipping facility and then sent it out. I received the item in time for Christmas but I'm not sure what would have happened if I hadn't made the follow up calls. Both customer reps were very helpful and friendly and as the second one told me,the problem was as the shipping facility.

My glove liners have been wonderful and have kept my fingers from freezing, I am very happy with them. Cozy Winters has been so great in their speed in sending products including replacement batteries, also they contact to make sure that the product has reached its destination. Very professional and great service!
