I bought these 2 heated stadium seats for our daughter and her husband who have 5 children and go from one sports game to another. They are a Christmas gift so I'm not able to share more feedback.

Great product availability
It was over a week before I got any notice of shipment, but then only after I called in to complain. I was told the product would be shipped from a warehouse in NC, and would be receiving in 3-4 days. Instead, it came from CA, and arrived over a week later. It doesn't seem like this business is to well coordinated.
