We do understand that deliveries are often delayed due to COVID and our unpredictable weather. Have not received our order yet, it's en-route but keeps getting delayed, which again we can understand those challenges are out of your control. From your web-site, I see that your company is based here in the USA, that assumed that our order would be produced and shipped from within the USA. Must have missed some info or fine print somewhere? From the tracking, we see it is coming from India. I have no issues with global production, etc. Just very disappointing that information was not made apparent throughout tour online shopping experience with your company. So, at this point we are hoping that once we receive our order that we will be pleased with the quality of cover. Will certainly let you know.

We are a global business headquartered in Georgia with customers all over the world. The location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in our FAQs and Terms of Use. It is also promptly disclosed when inquired. A limited portion of our product range may also be shipped from our Georgia unit.
Our dispatch date is automatically calculated based on your postal code and the transit time received from the shipping carrier's servers. However, delays enroute cannot always be predicted, especially considering the impact of the pandemic on all shipping networks.

The quality is so good on our Ooni pizza oven cover! Covers&All did an excellent job and sent me several emails to ensure a proper fit. I sew and know about quality, and this is so good! Ooni had the cover out of stock since March, but C&A stepped up and did a great job.
I had an irregular sized area I was covering. I thought it was possible to create an unevenly sized shade that would cover the whole area. It wasn't until I fitted a prototype that I realized the shade wouldn't really work as I imagined. I then designed the space using rectangles and triangles, and it all came together. An additional sentence of two about fitting a sun shade to a space with different dimensions would have been helpful to me!

We apologize if this inconvenienced you, however, without physical access to the product you intend to cover we have to rely on detailed and clear measurements and instructions. Your order was placed with the measurements 5" x 23.25" x 21.25". However, the measurements you eventually finalized are 4" x 23.5" x 13.5". This accuracy would not have been possible had we not sought clarification.
