Easy ordering on line of the cover, bud should have asked for material samples first before ordering the cover. I thought it would have been more like a rubber backed canvas.

The design process was really collaborative. Feels though at times repetitive. The final product was a little oversized.

The website is easy to work with. Be aware they seems to add 1-2 inches to the length even though the website doesn't state that.

My order came sooner than I expected and it is PERFECT! It fits the cushion just right, zipper is long enough to get the insert in easily. Fabric is good quality and workmanship is excellent. 5 stars!

I appreciate the general shape options and customization options. It was pretty simple to configure a custom design for my fountain cover with just a few basic measurements. The material is heavier (good) than I expected, and the fir is excellent. I did have a minor problem with my order status, but that was resolved with a quick phone call.
