I originally placed this order early in 2024, only to be put off numerous times, minimal replies to email and finally phone calls from me pushed the order to completion. The endless emails from you saying the issue was "resolved" only added to my frustration. Perhaps you should minimize these emails on future orders.

It is an awful website. If you want to make any changes and go back to the dimensions you ut it the website automatically changes them and you have to start over. If you don't notice that as I didn't the product comes all wrong.

Sent to get built and got made fast after receiving a call to confirm dimensions from someone in india i think it was and shipping took longer than getting made but still got it about 2-3 weeks after placing order if i remember correctly

The shopping experience was smooth and straightforward. Unfortunately, the item is not what I expected. I was hoping to use the cover for my window seat in the house. The item is made well and perfect for "exterior" cushions only. Not attractive for inside the house. It's a quality item though. I would definitely recommend it for outdoor cushions.
