On the other hand, we are disappointed to learn of your discontent with the order's arrival. The order was pushed and shipped a few days early. However, it was delayed in transit. Even though we use prominent delivery companies such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, we do not influence whether or not the package is delayed in route. Furthermore, Covers & All has no control over the performance of third-party couriers and is not liable for any delays caused by the couriers' delivery service.
I measured carefully (twice), took pictures and sent in my order for cushion covers. My covers were delivered very quickly and they fit perfectly! I am pleased with the fabric and the construction. All the seams are nice and even, the zippers are strong and good quality. I highly recommend Covers & All.

I bought 5 covers for my new patio chairs and when I received them they were 1/2 the size of a chair. I looked under patio chairs and bought off the image that showed a patio chair covered to the ground I called right away and was told that I could exchange

I was delayed due to the holidays and family with COVID and when I sent the request in they said no refunds or exchanges. I am now out $65 dollars and my chairs are getting ruined by winter weather. I will remove this review if anybody cares enough to help me. I am so so disappointed in Covers in All. Why when I looked up patio chairs and it has an image totally covering a patio chair would they send 1/2 the cover? This company rips off your money, and they do not stand by what information is given out by the customer service people who answers the phone. Highly disappointed never to be a customer again

I followed the guidelines online and submitted my order. I received a message saying the designers have a few questions. Fortunately they noticed a mistake I made with the measurements. I called the help desk which is available 24/7 which was wonderful.
I took the additional photos they requested and submitted some additional measurements. They really wanted to make sure they got it right, and they did. Perfect.
