I have needed three new covers for my bench seating, but everything I had come across had been expensive. A friend pointed me to Covers & All, and I was able to input my cushion measurements easily. A down side for some might be there are not a lot of fabric options, but I was was fine with the options. I believe the estimated delivery date was 2 weeks, and I kept a look out for the email saying my order had shipped. I was surprised when within less than a week my order had been shipped. Unfortunately my order was stuck in TN, I called and spoke with Covers & All, and the person that I spoke with was reassuring and kept me on the phone while he looked into the matter. I also reached out to FedEx, and they were also very helpful. Within 24 hours of making these phone calls my package was on its way, and arrived a few days after this. As soon as the package arrived I began putting the covers onto the cushions and they fit perfectly, I was very happy. My only complaint would be the shipping time took longer than originally mentioned. I believe this could have been avoided if the date given would have been more realistic. Other than this I am very satisfied with the product and the price.

We had purchased an outdoor patio sectional set which we had combined multiple pieces together to fit around our built in patio gas fire pit. The only option to cover the patio sectional was to order a custom fit cover that was shaped like a "U". We chose Covers & All due to the customized options, the quality of the product and the competitive price in comparison to other companies. We also chose the "Cover Tuff" material which was the strongest material to endure the harsh Midwest winter weather. We were not disappointed! We measured carefully and then submitted our measurements and pictures. The Customer Service team worked with us to ensure our measurements were correct. They submitted a final draft to us to approve. We received our cover 1 week later. The product is absolutely amazing - extremely durable, well made and it looks amazing! The fit is perfect. We couldn't be any happier. Highly recommend this company!

Everything was perfect for ordering I will circle back around after I try the new custom cover. It is about two hour drive to get there
Ordering the cover took awhile, but that was to be expected as all the sizing and such had to be custom made to fit the bike. Quality of the cover and materials are really good... just as I thought they would be. Lettering on cover is OK, nothing special but it is nice to have on there so its not so plain. Overall fit of the cover isn't that great. I gave about 15 different measurements and I am not sure that this cover is made to those measures. Its the correct length and fits OK in the front on the handlebars, but is super baggy up front and then towards the back it even gets bigger. There is no taper to it after the second set of handlebars at all... doesn't fit like I thought it should. It's also way longer than it should be, I will have to tie bungy cords around it so it doesn't fly off in the wind... about 10 inches to much from top to bottom. :( yea I am not 100% satisfied with the cover at all.

However, we always need our customers to select the closest design and provide accurate measurements. There is also the opportunity to attach images for reference as well as make/model numbers so that we can determine what item is being covered and offer the appropriate cover. I requested that they make a cover for my Segway. I sent photos along with the dimensions with my payment based on their offered pricing and discount. A few weeks later after a half dozen back and forths and difficulty with communication, the price zoomed for no apparent reason other than they wanted me to put zippers on the cover, which I didn't want. After about a month from the start date and the very frustrating communication, I canceled the order. Just so you know, the manufacturer is in India, not Atlanta, which causes communication problems not only because of the time difference but because of the culture and language. Do others have success where I didn't? Yes, of course, but that wasn't my experience.

Due to the slanted shape at the backside, without a zipper, you will not be able to skirt the cover properly over the product. Our team has suggested the correct tie-down options as per the product requirement, which will be easy to use. However, we can understand that there is always room for improvement. As you have shared your feedback with us, we will surely pass the same to the respective concern team to make the customer experience better.
As per your other concern regards to the manufacturing unit, all our covers are designed in Georgia, USA, and manufactured in India. The same is mentioned over the website and promptly disclosed when inquired.
