I ordered covers for two outdoor chairs. They were fine. I then ordered a cover for a loveseat and the color / fabric that I used for the chairs was not available. When I talked to your support person, he suggested another fabric and color that he said should match closely. It is not even close. Am not sure what can be done.

All 5 of my curtains were correct size but the largest which is over 9' long had a few small cracks in 2 different places where it was folded during packing process
When I received my order from Covers&all, it didn't fit very well. I contacted the company and they, not only replaced it with one that fits very well, but they worked with me to get it done right. These are perfect! We have a large patio that is open on three sides. The back of it is the house, on the front side we have drop down sunscreens. The sides are open. In the winter it gets really cold back there even with heater. The wind and cold just makes it challenging to be comfortable on the patio. We bought these heavy duty vinyl curtains and they are perfect! They break the wind and chill down so it is comfortable on the patio with the heaters going. Wish we found these years ago. We did find out that we need to find stronger curtains rod holders. The vinyl is heavy and the wind has bent the curtains rod holders down.
Highly recommend these curtains. Made to order and done in a timely manner too!
This is the second time I've ordered covers, and they've worked out perfectly both times.
My first covers had nylon straps to attach the feet to the legs of the furniture, but my second covers had the default elastic drawstring. I definitely prefer the nylon straps, as the cover material, which is quite rugged, is also stiff enough that it's difficult to pull the elastic drawstrings far enough to secure it.
