I was really skeptical after reading reviews, but the quality of the covers were beyond my expectations.
I didn't want to have to buy all new cushions because our covers were looking ratty. So I decided to give Covers & All a shot. (Considering getting new covers cost me less than half of what all new cushions would cost.)
They ended up PERFECT and the material will definitely hold up for years!

The ordering process was easy and appreciate Covers and All sending a confirmation of dimensions as I mis-measured the first time. They were very responsive and the order "shipped" quickly. That's when things broke down. The items were shipped via Fed-Ex and were hung up in customs. I could not get confirmation on delivery date from Federal Express and Covers and All would not return my calls or emails. The items were finally delivered and are high quality and fit perfectly. A lousy shipping and customer service experience.

After researching and pricing custom pillows from a variety of sources, I found Covers & All. I was attracted by the pricing and ease of ordering. All I needed to do was measure my chairs and enter the numbers into the user friendly site and pay. I ordered the premium fabric for outside use which was available in grey. About 2 weeks later my 6 covers arrived from India and I found them to be well-made with quality zippers. At the same time I order 6 piece's of high resiliency foam using the same measurements from another vendor and they fit perfectly into the covers from Covers & All. I enthusiastically recommend Covers & All.

I needed covers for my pool patio set since one seat cover had a rip and several had mildew stains - the color is slightly darker than what i had, but the covers fit well and look really good. They are also standing up to the rain well!
