First of all, you guys were very responsive so I applaud that. But despite 10 or more interactions of what I was wanting, your designers still got it wrong. The design ended up great, but you failed to understand I wanted a cover to slip over the top of the cushions. Not a cover for the entire cushion to slide into and be zipped up. Maybe we can try again?

I found this business online and was skeptical. I typically only order from the larger box stores. I. e: Walmart (Walmart is known for having bad service but I know I can walk in and return something if I need to). I ordered two covers to see how I liked the products. The cushions that I have are a custom size. I was surprised when the covers arrived of their quality and I very much love the overall appearance of the covers. I will definitely be returning and purchasing more products from this business in the future.

The material and logos were very good. But the draw string is too hard to pull to secure the coverto the seat.If it got very windy, the covers would fly off. I should have ordered the material a few inches longer in the height.

Not only did Covers & All send us a disproportionate product, but we've also had a horrible experience with their customer service team. Before they made a cover for my Rec Teq smoker grill, I had numerous conversations with Covers & All discussing the dimensions of the grill, I even directed them to the Rec Teq website which has detailed and exact grill dimensions shown in multiple diagrams. I also sent them numerous emails responding to measurement items which were ignored. When I finally got to speak with their designers (in India) they were not knowledgeable and would send back odd drawings asking for confirmation. We would respond. Ultimately, they then sent the cover which I have provided photos of in this review. As is very clear in the pictures, the grill somehow still came out with the wrong dimensions, it was too long on each side of the grill, so whenever the grill is pushed (it's on wheels), the cover gets stuck under the wheels and halts movement. It just makes moving the whole grill a pain and there's no reason why this shouldn't have been fixed by the Covers & All team. Also, when I looked inside the cover, the seam taping looks very cheap and it's almost peeling off in spots. There's also an entire seam that they forgot to seam tape (this is supposed to be a waterproof cover for rain so all seams should be taped). After expressing our displease along with sending tons of pictures of the dysfunctional grill cover, we were informed by Covers & All that they are "unable to identify any fabrication error" on their part. In the end they offered a "20% discount on another cover."
This whole experience just reeks of a cheap, value-less company. We paid good money for a large grill cover but received zero help from Covers & All when they sent the wrong product. They do not back their products and they have no desire even to build any sort of customer satisfaction as long as people continue to buy their cheap, over-priced products.

Upon checking the order record, we have fabricated the cover same as per your approved mockup with the standard leeway as mentioned on the website. We can certainly understand that you have provided the manufacturer dimensions to us, however some of the dimensions you have rectified by yourself. The actual manufacturer depth is 32" however the depth which you want for your cover is 38". You have also provided that dimension while placing an order with us and approved the same over the call. Due to that difference, the cover seems baggy and falls down over the floor. As we can see that our team has provided the best possible resolution on the same.
