The cushion covers we ordered came prepared as per our measurements, but we made an error on our part for the back cushions to the couch and now can't use them nor can we return since it's an error on our part. We're out 80 bucks and have covers for our couch we can't use.
My cushion covers came in faster than expected and the quality seems to be great. I ordered just the basic fabric. The zippers on there are heavy duty as well. Very satisfied
I am pleased with the final product and appreciated the attention to detail in the process of determining measurements. The only issue I had was that the system for correspondence and establishment of the measurements is awkward. The account holder internal system is difficult to navigate. I had trouble finding notes from the design team. My emails were answered in a random fashion and not always in line with my responses to questions from design. It seemed that my answers were read by different individuals and resulted in repetitive questions/responses. I think an easier system of correspondence would have made things clearer earlier and resulted in the order being processed more quickly.
The order was delivered in the expected timeframe and was excellent quality. They have so many options.
The experience was really easy and I was really excited about my new outdoor cuchion covers. However, when they arrived none of the covers fit. Not a single one. And some of the measurements weren't even close. I don't really know what happened. I emailed customer service right away, but never heard anything back. The cover quality and color looked great. I was really bummed I couldn't use them. I would order from them again if they'd give me a credit and ensure the right measurements.

The package was so tightly bound with packaging tape I was forced to use a scissors to open it which led to damage of one cushion. I was at first told I would be sent a replacement but then that great customer service was replaced by retracting the solution with placing blame on the customer. Now I will have to resort to using a damaged cover.
