Poor response tine for customer service... very surprised seems like a good product but poor service. Never could get an answer, just ordered anyway.
The covers are great and just what I was looking for, however, the zippers were placed on the sides of the top pillows rather than the bottom so they are visible.
The quality of the product us excellent. We had intended to get a black tarp. We ended up with Navy Blue. It was too hard to distinguish the colors on the phone. And on the phone there are no words describing the color. Just the small patch of color to select.
Being able to customize a cover for our fire pit was so easy! The cover is perfect! I will be ordering from them again in the future!
Tricky dimensions with the egg being at an angle in the grill table but after much assistance, it is perfect! And very fast delivery. Highly recommend.
We've bought many covers from Covers & All - all custom made for different shaped furniture in our back yard. In every case it arrived quickly (usually within a week) and was exactly the size requested. The material is much thicker and less prone to ripping than previous companies we've used. It is easier to clean than other covers as well. The one thing I can't figure out is how they fold it up to fit in such a small package - I cannot seem to get it to fold to even close to the original size again!

Sizing was lacking. The custom diagrams and information provided on the site indicated that the sail would come adjusted to fit size selected, but it ended up being too big for the space. I would recommend getting a smaller size (by a few inches) to allow stretching. In the case of those sails better smaller and tight fit rather than sagging sails.
I needed to replace my grill cover that had fallen to pieces. It was oversized to fit my large half cylinder grill but instead of ordering another over size cover I tried 'Covers and all' with their made to order cover. I took the measurements and uploaded a picture.
I received the cover with the name I requested printed and attached to the cover. The material seems very heavy duty and it should last a while in the weather. The fit isn't snug but fits over the grill much better than prior covers. Width and coverage in the front is excellent.
As long as this holds up in the Florida weather a few years I'll get my next one from them!

I ordered three different custom cushions and they all came quickly and were made very well. They zipped right on to the old cushions. The fabric is durable and perfect for outdoors. Can't really believe that such a great product is offered at this reasonable price. I wish all the fabrics were offered for all sizes.
