We ended up getting our custom covers very quickly but there was a lot of confusion with their website. It was frustrating because they weren't easily reached by phone, and when we did speak to someone they were in another country and it was hard to communicate. We love the products we've received up to the this point in time. The problems we've encountered have had to do with reaching a live person to help us with resolution. I stayed on hold for almost and hour the other day and final became caller number 1 only to have the phone disconnected. I think waited on a chat for about 40 minutes before anyone could help me. I just don't have time for this. The person on the phone was kind. I didn't get 100% resolution because although I paid $80 for expedited delivery I got it 3 days later than promised.
