We are very happy with our first purchase. Ordering was very easy with the detailed directions. We were impressed when we received an email with a mock-up of the cover for us to look at and then confirm the design. We received the cover shortly after confirming the design (less than 2 weeks I am sure). The fit was perfect. I am so happy to have found this company.
I read some mixed reviews about covers and all. My experience was 100% positive. I made a mistake in my order, they caught it based on the photo I sent, contacted me and fixed it the same day I ordered. Site says they are in Lawrenceville GA, but items ship from India. That's fine I suppose, but it means that shipping will be a lot slower than if it were in the US going to a US address. They ship by FedEx but they don't tell you it's a restricted signature delivery, so you'll have to wait around all day and hope you are able to magically catch the driver. They leave that part out when it could be a single line added to the email notification. This tells me their attention to detail is lacking. If you ever call them, be prepared for a long wait to talk to someone. Yes, they are overseas, as well, and completely worthless.
