I am very pleased with quality of my grill covers. I have Twin Eagles grill and side burner and ordered your covers for them. Your covers were a fraction of the price and much better quality than the originals.

The design group never would or could answer a question I had about the drawstring being sufficient for my application. Instead designed a cover with zippers. The people I talked to in customer service and design group were polite and tried to be helpful but I found the language difference stood in the way of getting to the center of my concern and answers.

Beware! Their offers are obscure & misleading. I was offered a Canada Day offer of upto 30% off + a grocery bag. Their don't say how much of a discount you actually get. The offer code they provided wouldn't work on their site. When I called, they offered me 10% only and finally agreed to 20% off after considerable dialogue back & forth. When I finally received my product, they didn't send the grocery bag that was originally offered. Again, after considerable back & forth, they refused saying the 20% they gave me was i. Lieu of the total offer. This was never discussed or agreed to. Their customer service sucks!
