Their customer service takes a week to respond to any issue you may have. Even though the automated email says they normally respond within 24 hours. Also when you do finally get someone to speak with you, any issue you have they expect you to place a new order and offer you a discount that is barely anything more than the website offers. I have replace an order 3 times now. I would not recommend this site to anyone for this reason. They do not stand behind mistakes they make on there end. I would give this negative stars if I could. I have been forced to buy pillow covers 3 times now and still don't have the correct size because they can't get it right.
