Very, very happy with this product! Very high quality and fit perfectly in the space we had, it has made our deck a very nice relax and cool place to hang out.
Cushions and fabric were excellent quality especially for the price. Only minor issue is they are a little loose for the size foam I got (the height dimension seems larger or needs batting to fill it up).

They were very thorough in making sure the design was correct and following up to make sure it was accurate. Even when I thought I had given them all of the information they noticed things I missed just based on my picture of our outdoor couch that I was getting a cover on. They updated the design and made sure it was perfect. It fits beautifully and looks great.
The wrap cover for some reason included a top which I had to cut out. The full length zipper was to be installed to allow for the wrap to be zipped together. Had to cut zipper to wrap around the console and install snaps to replace zipper…..

Overall product itself is good quality material, it just didn't pan out for what my thoughts where. Due to not enough bungie type material on the bottom and tons of emails back and forth for measurements. Due to a inch plus or minus I think it is hard to get a exact fit. But I think it is still definitely worth the time and money where else can you get something like this done? Even though I will still have to use bungies do to it being big, I would still buy another from the company!

Ordered a grill cover for my Weber Q2200 grill. The cover arrived on time but was very baggy and loose. The elastic at the corners did nothing. Multiple emails and phone calls had to be made to address the issue. Photos were emailed for documentation. Finally Covers and All agreed that cover was not made properly in regards to elastic and provided full refund. All in all a very frustrating interaction.
