Filling in the dimensions in the website was very straightforward. Responding to questions from Covers & All was challenging. They could not open the photos shared originally and I could not speak to anybody directly to answer their questions. I ultimately took additional photos and sent them along a second time. We got through the Q&A process such that the product was shipped. Final product is great.

I purchased this item for my small business back door. Custom made for my metal door frame. My wife and I installed it in less than ten minutes. Two inch velcro top and one inch velcro sides make it so easy to install. The center is fastened with covered magnets. Just walk right through it and it snaps back closed. Makes it harder to see inside from standing outside and helps block the bright sun. We absolutely love it.

After ordering the cover I didn't get any feedback or content for a long time; I managed to find my order on their website and realized that they had sent me a message in their platform, but it did not email me. Their message asked for photos and more dimensions to customize the cover. I provided these and after a while got another message on their platform... but I never received any emails (even though they clearly had my correct address for other correspondence such as asking for my feedback on the purchase); I even checked my spam. Anyway, the result was I would have to regularly go to their website to monitor progress and respond to many questions. The end result was a truly impressive grill cover - well made, well designed, etc. - but the post-ordering / configuring process was pretty wonky and often frustrating.

My husband wanted a small round pillow to use in the car while driving after his knee replacement surgery. I was easily able to find one, but no cover for it—anywhere. Luckily I found Covers & All and was able to get one custom made within a short time. My husband is much more comfortable driving and the cover will be great protection for the pillow.

Easy interface, accurate fabrication. Delivery was problematic - I specifically asked three different people to delay shipping until I returned from travel, and my request was disregarded. Things get stolen here. I had to get a friend to come pick it up.
