This is the second order I have placed with Covers and All in the last year. I was extremely pleased with our winter furniture cover and ordered a lighter duty cover for our wood dining table that has an opening for an umbrella. Unfortunately, the cover arrived much too large for the table and chairs and hangs down loosely on all sides. Since it is a custom size cover, I am stuck with it.
I received my covers & all L shaped custom couch cover and absolutely love it. The website requests very specific measurements to make sure the personalized cover is perfectly fit. When my answers did not align with what they thought it should be, they reached back out to me and highlighted on an picture where I should be measuring. This was extremely helpful in making sure I measured the right spot. The cover fits perfectly and was a fraction of the cost it would have been if I bought from the designer furniture store.
I got exactly what I ordered, and it works. However, I gave the manufacturer too much latitude in my dimensions, Consequently the final product is not as form-fitting as I wanted. That's my fault, but when they say a couple of inches don't add any more room in your custom dimensions.
Last cover I bought was almost totally waterproof. This new one looks the same but my grill was totally wet after a rains storm.
