When I placed the order for the cover, I wasnt really sure about what I would get, but it is fantastic! Its waterproof which is great because its covering a standard mattress which would mold if it got wet. The order arrived a few days before it was promised on the site. It was a perfect fit and the zipper quality is great.

The process for ordering and turn around is quick. Immediately upon placing my order i relaized i ordered the wrong color in a couple of the covers. Emailed, called and sent messages and none were properly acknowledged until the product was in production. Need an order management system that works. No option in the communication system for order changes.

I love the custom fit of my sofa cover, but giving 4 start because I expected it to be a bit thicker for a waterproof outdoor cover. I am using this on an indoor sofa that my dogs sleep on - they have either destroyed or constantly remove anything else I have tried. This one actually stays on which is impressive! I have it covering a leather couch so it does slip around a little and the styrofoam to keep it in place does consistently come out but i'm ok with putting them back in place because the fit for my L shaped couch is great AND its in one piece vs the 2 piece covers I have tried before. The material feels like a thin bathing suit material and I suspect if this was on traditional outdoor furniture or a couch with material cushions, it would not slip as much. I just really wish this had a thicker material option similar to what you can order for the waterproof outdoor covers. I know, not an ideal look for inside the house but it would be perfect for a pet household. FYI - I have 4 dogs, 3 of which are over 100 lbs and the 4th will be at least 100lbs when he is full grown, so we def put furniture to the test!
