We were looking for a durable replacement cover for a gas fire pit, as the cover that came with ours was falling apart. The reviews for Covers & All were so positive that we chose to give them a try. We are super happy with the cover as well as the inflatable pillow to keep the water from pooling on top of the cover!
It was easy to order and pretty quickly delivered. It seems very sturdy. I can't rate it too much, because it hasn't been installed yet. Our ground is caliche and the young man spent all day and only got so far. We are going inch by inch, so its taking alot of time.
My order was received on time and it included a gift.

After a confusing back and forth with "customer service" (all via email as there wasn't a option to talk to a human) I thought I had my measurements worked out property to fit my outdoor lounge chairs. Not only was the "fabric" not as I expected (it feels exactly like my pool cover, heavy vinyl) the covers were way to wide. I spent way too much money on these covers. I'll have a professional come to my house and do this next time.

Ordering process… at the time I ordered, I chose a drop-down menu for rectangular and square tables and ordered a what I thought was rectangular top with my precise measurements. Although there was a picture of an oval table on the ordering page it was clear that I was in the rectangle table part of the website so I assumed that was some sort of glitch in ordered anyways. At any rate I received an oval table cover which of course didn't fit my rectangular table. The company refused to acknowledge that there was a glitch on their page as I describe even though it now doesn't work that way anymore so somebody must've fixed it. I like the company and their covers and they offered to give me a 50% discount to order the top/cover that I needed so I took them up on that
