One of my $400 shades arrived damaged. After a chat with a customer rep, I was given the incorrect email address to send photos. Once I chatted again with another customer rep, they gave me the correct email address. While they said they would replace it, I haven't heard anything else. The two shades I ordered also arrived with different finishes on the metal. I would not order from them again, and I wish I could just get my money back.

I ordered a custom sized bar height table cover for a BBQ table that I had built myself. The cover arrived within the time that was established. The cover seems to be made from really good quality material. No leaks so far after two months. The sizing was spot on. It looks great while covered. My only complain is that the material is so close in size to the table that it's difficult to put the cover on by myself. I have to slide it down and little on one side, then walk to the other and slide it down a little, and so on until it's all the way down. And the process is the same for removing the cover. But it does protect very well and looks super sharp.
Covers are tight. I presented actual size, as per instructions, covers and all SOP is to add material for clearance.
We have a huge outdoor sectional set with 16 cushions but the off white canvas covers they came with really took a beating over time. Also, they are 8 different sizes (and not all square/rectangle). Using Covers & All we were able to customize every single one and got a perfect fit- even for the odd shaped ones. The material is also super easy to clean (it even holds up to ash debris from Tiki torches).

I found the ordering process difficult due, in part, to rather heavy accent of persons with whom I spoke. In addition, their website ordering engine was also difficult. It did not allow for changes in images as changes were made. I ended up paying for one extra piece ($32) due to their not understanding my order. With all that said, the products I received seem to be of good quality & done correctly. I will likely order again from them. They were courteous & helpful.

The Covers and All team reach out to me multiple times to make sure they had all the correct measurements for my cover. The end result fits like a glove!
I sent my order in after making measurements to my outdoor couch and entering them into the browser to generate the cover size. However, I incorrectly measured a handful of measurements, and upon review of the drawing, Covers & All contacted me with a drawing that was marked up with where they saw inconsistencies in my measurements. I was very appreciative of this, as many companies would simply build the product to the original measurements forcing me to return, wait for the correct size, etc.
The shipping time for a custom cover was very fast. And the cover itself is exactly what we were looking for. It is easy to install and remove and does a very good job at keeping all moisture off of my couch cushions.
Their attention to detail on shipping was TERRIBLE. The covers eventually made it here, and they are fine though.
