I ordered these custom pillow covers for a patio set that was dated. The pillow covers came sooner than expected, and were better quality than I anticipated. They were a perfect fit. The color was not quite what I thought it would be but I still loved them.
Covers and All designed a custom cover for our outdoor bar. I was so imressed with the followup questions to make sure all specifications and measurements were correct. When we received the cover, it fit perfectly! We are not a Covers and All customer for life. Thank you all!
I was worried about ordering online, however, the company checked my measurements and they covers came out perfect!
I did send a message to company about not using black Velcro as it bleeds when gets wet and bleed on white stone deck. Took some chemicals but I was able to remove the stain. I had to replace it with white.
But other than that …. I love my covers.
I ordered a cover for my outdoor wood burning fire pit from Covers & All with a link to a picture and specifications of the product. I received a reply with additional measurement requests, which I provided. Shortly after I sent that email, I saw that the manufacturer's specification had included the 2.5" handle that was on top of the cover, and I originally added this 2.5" to the specs. I sent a follow up email to clarify and asked for confirmation. I didn't receive a reply and when I followed up, I was told the cover had shipped already. I never did see a reply to my follow up email.
When I received the product, I didn't care for the material. It was a little "sticky" and didn't feel smooth. I put it on the fire pit and it seemed too tall, the bottom hit the ground and the top was still loose. We kept it anyway, but I'm not impressed with either the product or the communication during the measurement process.
Overall happy with the experience, and the end result was great! Just what we imagined. The only reason I rated my 'Shopping Experience' with 4 Stars instead of 5, is because after I replied with a couple tweaks to the design, I didn't get an e-mail notification letting me know the updated design was completed & just waiting for my approval. So it sat there for two weeks with us wondering where our order was. We do really like the cover though!
It fit perfectly, the construction was top quality and very reasonably priced! Would order again!
The process to order was easy, and the price was excellent. My covers arrived quickly and were quite nice. They fit perfectly and look good.
The customer service experience was great. The team at Covers and all reached out to recommend a different type of cover for our pop up camper cushions. We adjusted things together as a team, went into production and the covers arrived just in time for our first camping trip in the newly renovated camper.
My only concern is that I may not have received the 25% off discount that I originally entered the code for. I'm not sure I saw a discount referenced in the receipt after the order was adjusted based on customer service feedback.
Pretty good so far, but let's wait to see the finished product before final review.
I bought the cover for our fire pit bc the one that came with it was cheap. The Covers& All cover so far is impressive. We'll see if it lasts through the harsh New England winter.

My experience with Covers & All was good. However at times I felt there was a language barrier. There were many times I had to call and speak to their representative and clarify the order measurements. I had to repeatedly ask the rep to listen, finally my voice was heard. I would say maybe the reps need a little more training on the customer service side to listen to the customer. But, they were very nice and I will say that after they listened the understood the issue, they quickly adjusted the measurements. There were many back and forth emails and phone calls that weren't necessary. In the end everything worked out and I'm very satisfied with my new cushion covers.
