I do not normally write reviews and am taking the time because this company deserves some praise. I am glad to see a local American company doing affordable manufacturing. The covers were affordable and came as expected. If you would like higher-end cover material the company has options but l used the affordable does the job option. The company communicated clearly and the covers arrived as the shipping indicated. The only improvement I recommend is providing customers with greater details of measurements as far as material stretch, space of zipper, and inseam requirements. As far as custom orders I was extremely happy and will be a return customer. I have shared my find with all my friends and family. Hope the customer service and prices remain.

The cushion covers I ordered are the perfect size. I ordered a custom size so I was a bit worried they wouldn't fit. They seem to be good quality, but I did see some loose threads and some that were all bunched up. That's why I gave 4 stars.
Although the customer service was great reaching out to me several times to confirm proper size I can't use the covers because they are too big.
I was concerned with the possibility that this cover wouldn't fit as Covers & All was requesting so much info on measurements. But I shouldn't have been concerned. It's a chiminea cover and it fits great. Actually a bit big but that's okay! The quality is amazing! These covers are made to order so it's not like they're picking something off a rack and mailing it out. Great quality and the designers you speak to really do know their stuff! Highly recommend!

Great service great product just didn't realize it was coming from another country. Took about two weeks even with international supplier.
