Product is much better than expected making the pricing a great value. The site makes custom ordering pretty easy but it could use a little improvement with regards to the ties section. I have been searching for two summers for covers for my big pile of patio furniture cushions. Everything I found was either exorbitantly priced, or had very poor reviews. The ordering process at Covers & All was quick and easy, my items arrived promptly, and the covers are of good quality fabric that repels water, with sturdy zippers. My only wish is that they came in a few more color choices, but overall I'm so pleased with my purchase!

The process was fairly simple and the final product was of good quality. However, the covers are made a bit too oversized for my tastes. After a couple different orders now, I find that I would rather they stick to the exact measurements that are submitted instead of leaving extra room. Perhaps add "use exact measurements" as an option. Both of my purchases were for electronics, and I don't need any extra room for those like you would patio furniture or larger items.
This is a surprise gift for my husband. I sent artwork as an example for the lettering. I was so surprised and happy when they mocked it up and it was exactly what I had sent. AND it took no time to get it, much quicker than I was expecting.
