It's a very thick material and something you would use for outside furniture. The problem is that is super heavy and because of that, it's very difficult to put on and take it off, especially on something as tall as a pinball machine. When I was able to finally put it on, it's not even close of been tapered to the contour of the pinball machine (despite the fact that I provided the exact dimensions of my machine), so it looks like this giant black blob which is horrible to see. Also, it comes with 2 side pockets which are upside down!? I know that I will never use it now and I can't get a refund because it's custom made for my pinball machine, which btw, I paid $200+ for it. If you are looking for a cover for your pinball machine, do not buy this, use a tarp instead.
