Initially I was grateful that I was connect by the company as I had made a mistake in inputing the dimensions. But photos they requested were not able to upload even using their tools. I eventually sent an email with the photos. I would confirm receipt and then the next day get an email that they didn't have any photos. They claimed I didn't pay the additional money for the change but I confirmed that they had. Then they wouldn't complete order until I had paid (which I had paid). When I got that all cleared up I got an email asking about a my "pool table cover" (with a photo of pool table) when I had ordered covers for out door furniture. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money (It was 2 plus months by now), Then 2 days later, my covers were on their way. They are correct. But what I painful progress. I actually didn't think it was a legit company.
I love these covers. Great quality. Good zipper. Color I expected. I will be ordering more for my back cushions at some point as well

I placed an order on-line for two panels. I used their measuring tool and placed my order. When it arrived it was way too big and not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and was initially told that they would refund my purchase and get me a new set ordered and that I needed to speak with "Derek". He called a few days later, from India and requested photos and measurements. I sent them to him and had to call a few times to get a response. When I finally got a call back, he refused to refund my money and only said they delivered what I ordered. I asked to speak with his supervisor and got a man named "Sam". Sam was less then helpful and refused to refund my purchase due to their website measurement error. They would only offer me 50 percent off another order, refusing to take back their error panels. DO NOT do business with this company. It is based outside of the United States and not certified by the Georgia Better Business Bureau.

The cover appears to be very well put together and went over the top perfectly. However, it does not go all the way to the ground. It's about an inch short all the around otherwise I would have given it a 5 Star Rating.
After looking UNSUCCESFULLY for over two years for a cover for my outdoor loveseat-sized glider, I decided to go the custom route. I am very happy with the cover - it fits perfectly. Now we just to wait and see how well it holds up over the winter!
