Nick Gilberd was most helpful at helping me place my order. We wished/expected the fabric to be more durable. We put our Christmas tree in a shed in our small backyard. To get it there over the snow, we pulled it on a plastic toboggan. It was a bit bigger & a small part dragged for a very short time. And in that short time we got 2 small holes.
My experience with covers and all has been wonderful each time I have ordered from them. I have needed custom covers for outdoor furniture and each time the cover arrives fast and fits perfectly. I have spoken with their customer service after adding an extra add on by mistake and they were able to fix it easily and without any delay in production. I would recommend them to everyone for all your cover needs. 10/10

I ordered a custom cover for my bay window seat from www.Coversandall.com. It arrived direct from the factory in India 4" shorter than I ordered. It was ordered online as 120" long and it arrived 116" long. Why go through effort and cost of ordering a custom cover if it will not arrive to the sizes you request? I sent in detailed photos and videos three different times to show it was made incorrectly. Customer Service has refused to remake or credit back my purchase. They keep on giving me the run around telling me to send more photos. I used to work as customer service representative in a call center so I know how these things work if we did not want to take responsibility for our mistakes.
Not worth the headache and time wasted to purchase from this company ever again.
