The website was well designed and it was easy to specify what I needed. The cover fit perfectly and was easy to attach with the corner clips and by tying nylon cord from the cover grommets to the car roof rack. I am very impressed with the design and the construction. If you have a roof top tent, the cover will eventually deteriorate from the sun and elements. It was impossible for me to get a cover from the roof top tent manufacturer, I am very glad I found Covers & All.
Site was pretty easy to figure out and customer service was helpful although they told me that I would be getting a call before they started manufacturing which I never received. Fortunately, everything fit well.

The covers arrived and are beautifully made but the dimensions are off. Since they are for the patio and not going to be judged by the queen, they will do, however I doubt anyone will want to place an order.

I ordered a custom pergola cover from covers and all. The ordering experience was good and the cover fit perfectly. However, in less than 1 year the cover became brittle and broke completely apart. They have a policy that they will not honor their 3-year warranty unless you can send them a picture of the tag on the cover showing the order number. The problem is that the tag was also completely disintegrated. I live in California and we have very moderate weather here. There is no way this should have failed in that short of time. I have cheap blue tarps that have lasted years in the same environment.
I would suggest you check their BBB score before you order from them! Don't make the same mistake I did.

It was obvious that staff reviewed and understood my sketches for the custom cover. They made useful suggestions. The elastic on the corners allowed the cover to remain in place during 80+ MPH winds in Boulder, Colorado.
