Our cover was in good condition and sturdy materials were used however the Velcro loops are not what we expected and the material was about 6 inches too short to cover our opening.

Their measuring tool is corrupt. I placed my measurements in and it cut the wrong size panels. I asked for a return and refind and they refused! Horrible customer service and then found out they are from INDIA and not the United States as advertised! Extremely poor customer service. Scam and fraudulent.

The customer service is awful and not clear in their explanation of follow up emails. I called 2 times and each time the call was very hard and the person was difficult to understand. Also the company is based in Georgia and all customer service is India. The discount was not correct and the website referral to 30% is deceptive. I would recommend your rethink the website offers and your customer service is 100% India.
