We just received our new outdoor furniture (it was severely delayed) right as the rain/winter weather was starting and we needed good covers fast. Easy-to-use ordering with customs measurements made the process seamless and the final product is superb!
I found it great to be able to custom order a cover. The process was easy and the material (two options) seemed like good quality. However, the size was slightly off. I ordered a size of 48 inces. It states on site that they even give a cushion to that number, but when i got it it seems to measure 46 inches (zipper to zipper). I hope it stretches out, but oterhwise will serve its purpose.
These were disappointing but the online site was easy to navigate and they arrived quickly. The updates and communication were good. The weights sewn in were not heavy and did nothing to help them from being blown around and they are really just an expensive tarp.
All you need are your dimensions and the ordering process is a breeze.

First, the length and width of the table were measured correctly, but the width of the cover received was too wide by inches and looks "wonky" on the table. However, the most disappointing thing was how you addressed the umbrella hole opening. I didn't ask for a FLAP over the hole. Worse yet... you sewed the flap on one of the four sides so that the flap now has to stand straight up against the damn umbrella pole! Is this a joke? I could just cut the flap off, but then it would still look terrible. Finally, it was supposed to be a white cover and you used black velcro all around the flap cover? Well, I learned a lesson here... never again with your company. I'm now seeking a professional job done from another company.

Something is WRONG with your site, after receiving an email stating that I had to go in and approve the final design I DID JUST THAT & I sent in 2 pictures to show EXACTLY how the cover should be able to fit over my items that I wanted/needed to Cover and Protect! I should've received the item that I Ordered A LOT sooner IF it had been working properly! I've been ordering stuff online through the Internet for over 30 years, I'm NOT a novice and I KNOW what to do!

After I sent in my order with pictures of my porch swing, they followed up with an email asking me for additional measurements. I appreciated that they wanted to make sure it was going to be right. I am pleased with how it turned out!
I called customer service with questions about measuring. The person was helpful by telling me to measure the widest parts and to download pictures.
I ordered a cover for a deck chair and a firepit. They are good thick quality yet not too heavy to take on and off easily. I would order again for my other deck pieces.

Further, to avoid such trapped moisture, make sure your chosen cover fits tightly. Additionally, remove the cover after being wet from time to time, and completely dry your belonging before covering again.
