I love my new cover for my grill. It is excellent quality and I love the color and text that I was able to add. The only issue I had with ordering was that after I put in all the dimensions, they asked me to specify a couple of things, then it costs more money to cover the other things. No biggie, but then it comes and it is a TIGHT fit, I'm barely able to get this cover over my grill even after giving very precise measurements and the website saying there will be an extra inch or so for leeway. Still, it fits like a latex glove and looks great! It seems like it's very good quality and I'm sure I will enjoy it for years.
Needed a cover for a seat cushion on an office chair. Over $300 to reupholster it (the leatherette around the temperpedic cushion had split in several places). Instead, found an indoor/outdoor cushion cover for less than $20, guessed correctly on the size that would conform to the cushion contours, and couldn't be happier. Chair looks new.
I placed an order for additional equipment covers and was quickly contacted by the support team to confirm dimensions and they also inquired about adding additional features to the covers. While the additions were not necessary, I was surprised about their attention to the small details and the consideration around providing a more conformed cover. The covers met all my expectations, once again, and the turn around time can simply not be beat.
