Fabric and construction seem great. Knocked a star off because the air vents are done in a way that the outer piece of material is stitched so it is flat against the main material of the cover, effectively blocking the grommeted holes from allowing air to pass through.
Service and response time was very good, however, due to my measurements or the factory's, it was the wrong size and I reordered with different measurements. Material and quality is excellent on the one I received. I just hope the second one is of the same quality and fits.
The order process was cumbersome and required two phone calls to process my order. Each time I entered the discount code the website locked up and would not allow me to complete the purchase. During my second call I received an email that the order was ready to complete. I had to log back in and enter the credit card information again to complete the order. The problem appears to be with the system processing discounts.

Our old outdoor cushions were so mildewed that no one would sit on them. Love the new covers! Customer service was great! I had uploaded a picture of the old cushions, and they noticed that I hadn't selected the correct zipper and contacted me. The covers came very quickly!

Sent the requested pics and measurements and the cover is great. Only issue is I got it personalized, but came with personalization in the wrong color. Supposed to be maroon came yellow. So much better than the manufacturer's cover. Would recommend.

I suspect they did not make money at the end of the day on my order, but they still treated me as a valued customer and because of that I will return for more expensive needs in the future. These covers are better quality than the originals that came with the furniture! Very durable fabric and zippers. They were a little loose- based on my measurements- but I added some polyester batting and the cushions look fantastic! So much better than buying new outdoor furniture!
